Backup and restore

Protect your prepared library.

Open Settings → Backup & Transfer and choose Export backup. Save the file somewhere you can recover if this PC fails.

To restore a Worship Studio library backup, choose Restore backup, select the backup file and review the result. Check your songs, service plans, themes and outputs afterwards. Referenced media files may need to be copied separately and relinked on another PC; a library backup is not a full disk backup.

Export before a major change or update. Keep a separate copy of source presentations, media and any Bible files you imported. API keys and account credentials should be managed separately; never share them in a backup sent to support.
