Service plans

Arrange songs, passages and presentations in a running order.

What a plan contains

A service plan links presentation items into one running order. It supports songs, Scripture, presentations and live slides or images, with section headings. It does not create independent copies of every linked asset.

Build a plan

1. Select the intended song, verse or show in its workspace.
2. Open the service-plan dialog and use the matching add control.
3. Enter a section name, such as “Opening worship,” and choose Add section.
4. Use up/down controls to reorder entries.
5. Rehearse each entry and check its source content.

Collapsing a section hides its entries in the plan view without deleting them. Remove controls delete entries. Clear plan clears the running order; save a backup first if you need to retain it.

Present the running order

Choose an item's presentation control. Global Ctrl+Right and Ctrl+Left step through plan items outside text fields and dialogs. Check the actual output after changing from songs to Scripture or slides, because navigation now operates on different content.

If the linked song or show has been deleted, the old entry cannot recover it. Restore the library or replace the plan entry with available content.

Transfer to another PC

Use Export backup and the library backup import flow. Keep media separately. After restoring, check fonts, media paths and monitor assignments, then rehearse every plan item. See backup and restore and keyboard controls.
