Worship StudioTerms of Use
The service and its cost
Cuthbert Technologies, operating from Nigeria, provides the Worship Studio account service and official downloads. The application and account service are free to use. Third-party AI, transcription, network or other services you choose may charge separately. These Terms govern the account service; they do not replace or restrict permissions granted by the software's MIT licence or other applicable open-source licences.
Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your password confidential. Signup enables immediate download; no emailed download link is required. Sign in during the application's first setup. After setup, ordinary presentation remains available offline, including when the account service cannot be reached. You are responsible for authorised use of your account. Email ownership is not currently verified; account counts must not be described as verified people.
Acceptance and choices
Accept these Terms to create an account and complete first setup. Read the Privacy Policy for the handling of account and download records. Optional usage statistics and diagnostic reporting are separate, unchecked choices. Declining them does not limit the application's features. You may withdraw sharing permission in the app or account page.
Bible translations and other content
Each Bible translation remains subject to its own licence and attribution requirements. Review the translation's terms before downloading it in the app. Use, display, reproduce and distribute its text only as permitted by its licence, and retain required notices and acknowledgements. Import only songs, images, presentations and other content you have permission to use. These Terms grant no additional rights in third-party content.
AI and external providers
Review generated notes, detected references and other automated suggestions before relying on them. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. When you enable a cloud provider, the content needed for that feature is sent to the provider you select under its terms and privacy practices. Diagnostic consent does not authorise sending sermon content to those providers; cloud features are configured separately.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the account service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful content. We may restrict account-service access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or security risks. This does not revoke rights granted under an applicable open-source licence.
Availability and responsibility
Keep backups and check your presentation and output setup before a service. We aim to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the account service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Closing your account and changes
You can export your account records or delete your account from the account page. Deletion removes server-side installations, sessions, sharing preferences and associated reports; historical download records retain no account link. Local presentations and libraries are not deleted by account deletion. We will publish revised Terms with a version and effective date. Material changes requiring fresh acceptance will be presented before acceptance is recorded.
